TASTING NOTES
Intense cherry colour with mineral flavour, hints of black fruit and candied notes. On the mouth is tasty, with ripe tannins. Good balance between varietal fruit and excellent new French oak which gives finesse and elegance. Egomei is aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
FOOD PAIRING
Perfect with red meats, BBQ meats and cured cheeses.
