Description
We have selected the best ingredients for the ultimate Spanish barbecued ribs. Our Baby Back Ribs Box is the perfect selection for 2 to 4 people to share and makes it the ideal gift for any Spanish food lover or BBQ friend in your life.
The box contains one pack of iberico pork ribs which are cut straight from the Iberico pork loin. They are very succulent and tasty whilst maintaining our excellent quality. They are smaller in size than ribs of a standard white pig, however the flavour of Iberico ribs is far superior.
We have also included a small pack for artisan quince paste so you can make the most amazing glaze to cook the ribs on the BBQ by following our recipe for Barbecued Iberico Pork Ribs with Quince Glaze.
The box also includes a whole butifarra sausage weighing 1Kg! The Catalan sausage similar in shape to a cumberland sausage, tastes like pork sausage should taste.
The box includes a bottle of Le Naturel Garnacha from Navarra. A red grenache low in sulphites that pairs perfectly with the sweet smoky ribs and can be served slightly chilled.
You will receive all your ingredients in a chilled box delivered with ice pads. Please note that the iberico ribs and butifarra sausage will arrive frozen. Defrost for 24 hours in the fridge before cooking. Please note that weights can vary from pack to pack, so expect a slight variation on the weight of your iberico ribs.

How to cook with The Baby Back Ribs Box
Nothing beats some sticky barbecued ribs, especially if the coated in a delicious sweet and sour glaze. I first tried this dish at Ember Yard in London and instantly fell in love with it. Pork and quince work so well together and the caramelised flavour these barbecued ribs produce, you cannot get from a classic barbecue sauce.
