Made with free range eggs, this large Spanish omelette can be eaten anywhere hot or cold and serves up to 4 portions. You can easily heat it up in the microwave at 800w for 4 minutes, in a conventional oven at 150ºC for 9 minutes or in a frying pan on both sides for 7 minutes.
