A traditional product from Mallorca Galletes Marineras or Sailors Biscuits are an artisan biscuit which in the old days, seamen would take with them on their long trips around the Mediterranean Sea.
Since 1890, the Noceras family has been baking homemade Marineras, using their own secret recipe.
Made from olive oil and wild rosemary, our Rosemary Biscuits are perfect to accompany any Spanish charcuterie, cheeses and as part of any tapas.

The Source
Gori de Muro
Family business founded by the family of Gori Noceras in 1890. The old traditional bread oven supplied the sailors their traditional moisture-resistant biscuits. The oven is located in Muro, a Majorcan village with a special agricultural tradition. These biscuits facilitated the long journeys through the Mediterranean to a diversity of cultures since antiquity, leading to great discoveries. Formerly more austere, Gori has known how to adapt biscuits to new times, innovating and getting them to combine with a multitude of foodstuffs. The oven produces a multitude of varieties but worth pointing their Rosemary biscuits which work extraordinarily well with all kinds of cheeses.
