One bottle of Can Xa Brut, a clean, crisp, fruity and refreshing cava. On the nose, you can appreciate notes of lemon, mandarin, yeast and dried fruits. On the palate Cava Can Xa is fresh, delicate with a small tickle from the bubbles allowing the wine to have a vibrant finish. Second fermentation in bottle, minimum ageing for 9 months.
One bottle of Can Xa Rose Brut, a pink cava with a lovely cherry colour. The nose is rich with aromas of wild fruits and redcurrant. It hints at a light, reduced maturation producing a great elegance. On the palate it begins as slightly piquant with spicy notes. The fine and enduring bubbles are well accompanied by a balanced acidity. It leaves a toasty memory and a generous, sweet finish.
