Description
This spicy chorizo is made from an old recipe by a family-owned company in La Rioja. The delicious pork sausage is seasoned with spicy smoked paprika (Pimenton de la Vera Picante). It is all natural with no artificial preservatives.
The flavour of this distinctive smoked paprika sets Spanish chorizo apart from sausages of any other country.
Basco chorizo sarta is a fully dry-cured chorizo, ready to eat with your favourite cheese and wine, or just a chunk of crusty bread. No need for refrigeration.
