Smoked Pancetta is an Italian pork belly that is salt cured and smoked to add another dimension to dishes.
Our Italian smoked pancetta has been carefully sliced to the right thickness to avoid the slices from sticking between each other and breaking when you peel them off.
Our sliced smoked pancetta is ready to use. Wrap up a scallop, parcel up a chicken breast or cod or use it as a crispy topping to a tasty Italian salad or pasta dish.
