Description
La Chinata lemon seasoning is an aromatic oil made with one of their best Extra Virgin Olive Oils, macerated with a selection of lemons that provide a citrus and fresh aroma ideal to add a touch of acidity to any recipe.
Here the great properties of extra virgin olive oil are linked to the qualities of lemon, which contains a large number of vitamins and provides a multitude of health benefits. It is a great toxin scavenger and a great bactericide. It has vitamin B complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, PP), vitamin C in large quantities and vitamin P, as well as minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, iron and fluoride. It also improves digestion and the cardiovascular system and promotes the elimination of fluids.
Suitable to use in sauces, rice or pasta, to dress salads and vegetables or for meat, fish, pizzas, game, shellfish or, simply, on sliced bread.

The Source
La Chinata
The history of La Chinata dates back to 1932, when the company began milling olives in the Sierra de Gata (Extrademura).
Originally layers of paste were formed, separated by circular plates known as ‘capachos’, which were placed in a press, and the olive oil was obtained by pressing. Nowadays, they have the most modern milling and pressing systems, which, although they are purely mechanical, can extract much more oil from the olives, in a clean and controlled way, to guarantee the quality of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
They have also ventured into other products such as honey, mayonnaise and pates.
