The contents were lovely and as always good quality. We are always very pleased with Basco products. The only problem is the packaging. The items arrived in a heap, a far cry from the picture on line. More care needs to be taken. These were bought as gifts.

Firstly, the actual hamper is FIVE stars as all Basco produce is brilliant. Where it falls down is service. The website crashes & they don't always answer the phone. The reviews mentioned a recipe card in the hamper which wasn't in either of the 2 I ordered. When I called, Miles said recipes were on the website for me to check but as one was for a gift he would email me the Paella recipe to print myself. I subsequently received instructuons for cutting ham! I replied to Miles but never received a Paella recipe for the gift. Two hampers & sausage is best part of £100 so I was hoping for a bit more service but, as I say, can't fault the products.
