Our brisket box is the perfect selection for 2 to 4 people to share and makes it the ideal gift for any Spanish food lover or BBQ friend in your life.
The box contains on whole wagyu beef brisket, a popular cut of meat and goes down as a personal favourite down at Basco. It is taken directly from the Forequarter, so you get a beautiful texture and a rich and bountiful flavour. When it arrives at your front doorstep, you will see that it is highly abundant in marbling that allows it to melt into the meat as it starts cooking and throughout the rest of the process.
While your brisket is slowly cooking you can indulge into a pair of wagyu beef burgers cooked on the BBQ for the ultimate treat.
The box also includes one bottle of chimichurri sauce, a classic sauce from South America traditionally eaten with grilled steaks and perfect pairing to the BBQ brisket.
Finally the box includes one bottle of Samsara, a friendly wine in a modern style that hopes to bring the world a taste of the Priorat. A wine with freshness, fruit and minerality. A snapshot of the Priorat landscape in the form of a sip. Made from old vines from the regions of Gratallops and Vilella Alta. The main grape varietals are Grenache and Carignan, with a touch of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. 12 months ageing in French and American Oak barrels. A balance of mineral harmony pegged to the Llicorella backbone, that opens to spice, ripe fruit, herbal notes and a consistent freshness.
You will receive all your ingredients in a chilled box delivered with ice pads. Please note that the wagyu brisket and burgers will arrive frozen. Defrost for 24 hours in the fridge before cooking. Please note that weights can vary from pack to pack, so expect a slight variation on the weight of your wagyu brisket.
