Our spicy chorizo sausage is made in Rioja by Martinez Somalo, a company who have been producing chorizo sausage since 1900. Our chorizo picante sausage come in two styles: raw, cooking chorizo which cannot be eaten without cooking or cured chorizo which can be eaten without further cooking.
